POWERFLEX

Powerflex is a combo of full body workout and stretching. The focus is on muscle endurance, which helps to define the muscles and burn fat. The workout is suitable for every level, helps by losing weight and build a good posture. After the workout there is 25 min intensive stretching. Powerflex is a perfect workout to do weekly to be in shape and get more flexible and agile.

STRETCHING

The Stretching class is the place where you can get more flexible which is a good way to avoid injuries. We are going to learn doing splits, bridge and much more.

​

No matter how old you are, which body type you have, you will be surprised how much secret power hides inside you. The stretching class is split into two levels: beginner and advance. The class is for all body types.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training is completely individual. The workout will be created according your wishes and needs. There is an option for a stretching class, workout or whatever you wish for. The duration of the class is individual as well.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

PRIVATE CLASS

This is a private class for girls who need personal support in this art of sport. It does not matter if the child is training already in clubs or if it will be its first steps in the world of rhythmic gymnastics. The class will be adopted for a gymnast’s skills. There are only private classes possible.
